By accessing or using Clonepost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Clonepost is an AI-powered content generation tool that analyzes your writing style and generates LinkedIn posts in your voice. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create content suggestions based on samples you provide.

3. User Accounts

To use Clonepost, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Clonepost offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion within 7 days of purchase
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Clonepost to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Create spam, misleading content, or misinformation
  • Violate LinkedIn's terms of service or community guidelines
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute the Service
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond intended use

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of all content you provide to Clonepost (sample posts, topics, etc.) and all content generated for you through the Service.

Our Service: Clonepost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clonepost and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Clonepost is created using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your needs
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before posting
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will achieve any particular results
  • You should not rely on generated content for professional, legal, or medical advice

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLONEPOST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
